1 The U.S. Delegation to the Congress was headed by Dr. Robert M. White, with Dr. G. P. Cressman as his alternate and Dr. D. Atlas (President of the AMS), G. D. Cartwright, Dr. R. A. Clark, J. S. Cotman, Jr., J. S. Cragwall, Jr., A. W. Johnson, N. E. Johnson, J. P. Trevithick, and B. Zavos as delegates. AMS Executive Director Spengler was an observer.
