CORRIGENDUM

Due to a misinterpretation in the copyediting, the final sentence of the main text may leave readers confused in “The Tree-Ring Record of Drought on the Canadian Prairies,” by S. St. George et al., which was published in the Journal of Climate, Vol. 22, No. 3, 689–710. On p. 702, the sentence in question should read as follows: This issue becomes only more important as we attempt to go further back in time, and as a result, it is not yet possible to use tree-ring records to adequately resolve the impacts of the “Medieval Climate Anomaly” (roughly A.D. 900–1300) on the Canadian Prairies, which are evident at many sites in the western United States (Cook et al. 2004b; Meko et al. 2007).

The staff of the Journal of Climate regrets any inconvenience this error may have caused.
