There were errors in the abstract and text of Feldstein and Lee (2014). In the second paragraph of the abstract, in the third line, the word “reduced” should be replaced by “increased”. In the same paragraph, in the sixth line, “An increase…” should be replaced by “A decrease…”. In the left column on page 6509, second line from the bottom, the words “constructively” and “destructively” should be switched.

The authors regret any inconvenience these errors may have caused.
