In Chen and Wang (2018), we have become aware of two typos in the equations for calculating the centroid frequency and centroid longitude. The correct equation for calculating the centroid frequency should be fc = 1/90days1/30daysfS(f)df/1/90days1/30daysS(f)df, instead of fc = 1/90d1/30dfS(f)df/1/90d1/30dfdf. The correct equation for calculating the centroid longitude should be xc = 45°E180°xA(x)dx/45°E180°A(x)dx, instead of xc = 45E180xA(x)dx/45E180xdx.

These two typos did not affect the results shown in Figs. 2 and 4, as those results are calculated using the correct equations.
